Terms of Service
Last updated: September 5, 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Ridgewell Commercial Capital Group LLC, operating under the trade name Ridgewell CRE ("Ridgewell", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, submitting an intake, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. We are not a direct lender
Ridgewell is a commercial finance intermediary and capital advisory firm. We are not a direct lender. We do not originate loans, do not underwrite credit decisions on our own balance sheet, and do not fund or disburse capital from our own wholesale lines. All capital is provided by third-party lenders, banks, credit funds, and private capital partners within our network. Ridgewell's role is to advise, package, and route qualified deals to appropriate capital sources.
Any indicative terms, quotes, or timelines communicated by Ridgewell reflect general market conditions or informal feedback from capital partners and are not commitments to lend. Only the funding lender can issue a binding commitment through its own term sheet and loan documents.
3. Business-purpose lending only
Ridgewell exclusively supports business-purpose and commercial real estate financing. We do not originate, broker, arrange, negotiate, or otherwise touch consumer-purpose loans, owner-occupied residential mortgages, home equity loans, or any credit product covered by the Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), or the SAFE Act as a consumer transaction. If your intended use of funds is personal, family, or household, we cannot help you and will not accept your engagement.
4. Our services
Subject to these Terms, Ridgewell may provide: an initial advisory call and live review of your scenario; packaging of your deal for presentation to capital partners; introductions to lenders, funds, or wholesale capital channels within our network; and coordination through closing. Any engagement fee, success fee, or basis-point compensation will be disclosed in writing as a line item before we transact.
5. No offer, no guarantee
Nothing on this website or in any Ridgewell communication constitutes an offer or commitment to lend, an offer to sell securities, tax advice, legal advice, or investment advice. All financing is subject to lender underwriting, appraisal, title, third-party reports, and market conditions. Approval, pricing, leverage, and closing timelines are determined by the funding lender in its sole discretion.
6. Your information
You agree that information you submit through our intake or share on advisory calls is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it. We may share your submitted information with capital partners for the purpose of evaluating and placing your deal. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
7. Acceptable use
You will not use the site or our services to submit fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful information; to seek consumer credit; to circumvent security controls; or to interfere with the operation of the site. We may decline or terminate any engagement at our discretion.

The website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgewell disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Ridgewell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our services. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Ridgewell in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Compliance
Ridgewell operates in compliance with applicable federal and state laws governing commercial finance intermediaries and complies with anti-money-laundering, sanctions (OFAC), and know-your-customer requirements applicable to its activities.
