Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Ridgewell Commercial Capital Group LLC, operating as Ridgewell CRE ("Ridgewell", "we"), collects, uses, and shares information about visitors to our website and users who submit information through our intake process. Ridgewell provides commercial finance advisory services and is not a consumer-facing lender. We do not knowingly collect information for consumer-credit purposes.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. This includes name, business contact details, entity information, sponsor and guarantor information, deal information (property, purchase price, capital stack, use of funds), financial information relevant to a business-purpose transaction (assets, liabilities, income, credit disclosures), and documents you upload through our intake.

Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, referring URLs, and pages viewed, collected through standard log files and privacy-respecting analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to (a) evaluate, package, and route your commercial financing request to appropriate lenders and capital partners; (b) communicate with you about your deal; (c) operate, secure, and improve the site; (d) comply with legal obligations including anti-money-laundering, sanctions (OFAC), and know-your-customer requirements applicable to commercial finance intermediaries.

4. How we share information

We share information with (a) third-party lenders, credit funds, banks, and wholesale capital partners for the purpose of quoting and closing your deal; (b) service providers who host, secure, and support our systems under confidentiality obligations; (c) professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed; and (d) government or regulatory bodies where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Business-purpose focus

Because Ridgewell only supports business-purpose and commercial real estate transactions, the information we handle is generally commercial in nature. Consumer financial privacy statutes such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act consumer provisions and Regulation P do not typically apply to our services. Where individual guarantor information is collected for underwriting a business-purpose loan, we handle it with the same confidentiality obligations.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site and understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, subject to our legal and compliance obligations. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.

10. International users

Ridgewell places capital for commercial real estate in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States under U.S. law.

11. Children

The site is directed to business owners, sponsors, and investors. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
